I agree. It's totally ridiculous.
If someone really spend time on how PR and alexa rank works, linking sites is a something good. But if you are aiming for quality readers, there are better ways than blind linking.
Blind linking works depending on what your aim in blogging is
i have to say these days its no more about producing blogs with quality that can attract and connect with people..
its about getting nangs...but i don't blame them if they use it as mean to get exposure...
but thats their choice...i just wonder if they can maintain their popularity without pulling of such stunts....
there are always ppl like this who try to reach what they want with idiotic means...
i think such persons won't be really sucessful !^^
